Pickup Times
Have your laundry out BEFORE 8am on the day of your pickup.
Pickup is anytime between 8am-11am not the exact time you select. For a more accurate ETA text 951 606 8819 on the morning of your pickup.
Saturdays
Saturday pickups will be dropped off on Monday morning.
Gate Codes
Include gate code and instructions for finding your home in the ‘about appointment’ section after selecting book now from the menu below.
$50 Order Minimum
We require a minimum of $50 paid in order to provide our service. We recommend weighing your laundry beforehand to ensure you meet the minimum.
Cancellation
To cancel your laundry pickup quickly, use your Vagaro account. If it's less than an hour before pickup, text 951 606 8819 as soon as you can. If we arrive for pickup and there is no laundry without prior notice, we cannot accept future orders from you.
Empty Pockets
Please check all pockets before bagging your laundry. We do a rough check while sorting but we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your laundry from items left in pockets.
Effective April 1, 2025
Price Increase to $2.25/lb
After much consideration we have decided to increase the price of our laundry service by $0.25/lb.
Being a small family run business we’ve always strived to provide top quality service at an affordable price. The rising costs of everything from laundry detergent, gas, online systems and utilities have forced us to make this change and we hope that it will be met with the same understanding and support we have always received from our wonderful clients.
We thank you for your support these past three years and look forward to continuing to make your life a bit easier with our laundry service.

We appreciate your understanding as we switch to a new system. This will make it easier for you to book, reschedule, or cancel pickups just by clicking a link in a text message. Invoices and payments will be part of the same system and can be easily viewed in your account. You’ll also be able to earn reward points for free laundry service with more bookings!
